Why is getting acupuncture in a group setting beneficial?

• While doing acupuncture in a group setting, the collective healing energy is increased and actually makes individual treatments more powerful.
• In this setting, it is easy for friends and family to try acupuncture together, making the experience a little more comforting than trying it alone.

What is life coaching?

• Think of it like a personal trainer for your life. When you’re not feeling well you go to a doctor. When you want to get your body in shape and train, you would most likely consult a personal trainer.
• If you want to create and enjoy a life of your making – such as improving your career, relationships or work/life balance – then hiring a life coach is a great way to go.
